01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 2jbey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 2jbey website, mobile web application, all casino games, sports betting markets, payment systems, customer support channels, promotional programmes, and any other services offered by 2jbey (collectively, "the Services").

Your continued use of the 2jbey platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read alongside the 2jbey Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific provision in the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy explicitly states otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 2jbey, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities are not permitted to register on 2jbey.
• You must not be accessing the 2jbey platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where 2jbey does not hold a valid licence to provide services.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 2jbey or any affiliated gambling platform.
• You must not be listed on any national or international excluded person or problem-gambling register that is applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 2jbey employee in a role that may create a conflict of interest.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 2jbey reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

03 Account Management

Each individual user is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 2jbey platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 2jbey reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or active bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• All activity that takes place under your 2jbey account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• Notifying 2jbey immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

2jbey will never contact you by email, live chat, or phone to request your account password or full payment card details. Any such communication purportedly from 2jbey requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 2jbey will notify you by email prior to applying any dormant account maintenance fee. Details of applicable dormant account fees are set out in the 2jbey Fee Schedule, which is available upon request from our support team.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 2jbey platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jbey supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — standard processing times apply.

The minimum deposit amount on 2jbey is Rs 500. 2jbey does not charge any fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 2jbey accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity and age verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless a verified alternative is on file.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• 2jbey reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

2jbey employs robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with its international licensing obligations. Any deposits or withdrawals suspected of being related to unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 2jbey platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all 2jbey products:

• A bet is confirmed only when the 2jbey system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets that are pending confirmation at the time of a system interruption may be voided at 2jbey's discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting market, 2jbey reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 2jbey reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake (palpable error). In such cases, the voiding of the bet and return of the stake is the full extent of 2jbey's liability.
• All RNG casino games on 2jbey are independently certified for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as of the most recent certification audit.

For PSL, international cricket, and other sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.) at the time of result confirmation. 2jbey's settlement decision in all disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out below.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

2jbey offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to verified, eligible players who have accepted the specific promotional terms at the time of claiming the offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 2jbey account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless all associated wagering requirements have been met.
• 2jbey reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds that were awarded incorrectly or as a result of any form of abuse.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, arbitrage, use of automated software, or any other method that 2jbey reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jbey platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during the registration or KYC process.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor to access or use the platform.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or scrape data from the platform.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players or third parties.
6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the 2jbey platform.
7. Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 2jbey staff or other platform users.
9. Charging back any deposit made to a 2jbey account without first raising the matter through the formal dispute resolution process.

2jbey employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 2jbey reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void associated bets and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

08 Responsible Gaming

2jbey is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the amount you can deposit into your 2jbey account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when a preset session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion of six months or more. During self-exclusion, 2jbey will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration under a different identity.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net wagering activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbey platform — including but not limited to the 2jbey brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jbey or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jbey platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any 2jbey content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on 2jbey content or platform design.
• Using 2jbey's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the 2jbey website on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 2jbey intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jbey expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance windows, or events beyond 2jbey's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 2jbey platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners integrated into the 2jbey platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2jbey's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 2jbey's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination

You may close your 2jbey account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of any applicable fees will be returned to your last used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

2jbey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity associated with your account.
• A formal self-exclusion request by you or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Discovery that you are or were under 21 years of age at the time of registration.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 2jbey reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of the relevant investigation. Following investigation, any funds determined to be legitimately yours — net of any voided bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct — will be returned to you.

12 Amendments to These Terms

2jbey reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 2jbey will notify you by email to the address registered on your account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect your rights, 2jbey may update these Terms without prior individual notification, relying instead on the updated date published at the top of this document to signal that a revision has been made.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the 2jbey platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2jbey holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should in the first instance contact the 2jbey support team via live chat or email, providing a clear written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. 2jbey will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, 2jbey will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter. 2jbey's formal decision following the internal complaints process is considered final for the purposes of regulatory reporting, unless overturned by a competent ADR body or court.
